Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, shiny cherry red with a bright core. Nuances of ripe berry fruit, blackberry, black elderberry, accompanied by delicate roasted aromas and leather. Lively on the palate, juicy acidity in an animating interplay with fruit and tannin, somewhat wiry overall, yet clear in the fruit, medium length and beautiful drinking flow.
