Bright salmon pink. Delicate bouquet of red cherry, melon, cookie and aniseed. Delicate mousse, subtle acidity structure, medium-bodied on the palate with a harmonious, fruity-sweet texture. The finish reveals subtle notes of grapefruit. An ideal aperitif.
