The white wine Solaris Maischegärung halbtrocken Mecklenburger Landwein, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schloss Rattey has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points.
Rich golden yellow, almost a sweet wine colour. The aroma really reveals an Auslese or at least very ripe fruit, candied fruit, apricot. In the mouth, the rich, slightly dry phenolics are impressive, the acidity contrasts well with the slightly viscous body, the sweetness remains restrained and currently only provides a little volume without being isolated.
