Yeasty, savoury aroma with a stony, mineral undertone and notes of corn and melon. A dense structure on the palate, not immensely sophisticated, but typical of the variety and genuine, with a full-bodied and fine-nerved balance to the body. Still yeasty on the finish, but should develop positively. Can also be decanted!
