In the aroma familiar domestic fruits, apples and pears. Slight reduction. And some wood. On the palate a finely chiseled attack. Intense, but not bold. Burgundian accents in its spiciness and elegance. Saline, creamy, spicy. Of broad stature, but by no means warm.
