The white wine Meilener Completer, vintage 2015 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2017 by Kilchmann, Martin with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Completer from the region miles in Switzerland.
Strong yellow; intense bouquet, notes of apples, quinces, lemon, honey; strong attack on the palate, present but quite tamed acidity for a completer, melting, subtle yeasty note; long finish. Very interesting, complex specialty, a rarity of historical significance.
