Dark ruby with subtle dark purple reflections. Slightly smokey nose with delicate hints of geranium, needs a lot of time to open up, some leather and sealing wax, rubber. The palate is full-bodied, with delicate tannin and dark berry notes, good acidity, but overall seems a bit unbalanced and rough.
