This has aromas of strong yeasty savouriness, as well as Pinot berries, liquorice, and aniseed biscuits. It is juicy on the palate, with a fine, round, and voluminous mousse that is already receding slightly in intensity. There is a ripe acidity, a fruit-supporting dosage, and a harmonious finish that leaves the mouth clean.
