The rosé wine Réserve Rosé Brut, vintage 2015 from the winery Sekthaus Raumland has been rated in 2021 with 94 Falstaff points.
Disgorged in March 2021. Light salmon pink in colour. Delicate berry fruit and floral tones mingle on the nose. An ultra-fine mousse on the palate, the acidity runs through the structure like a laser beam, medium extract and length, but very juicy. Really subtle in its clarity and in its finesse on the palate.
