Disgorged March 2018. A hint of savoury leather, but also fresh varietal aromas: apple, peach, bergamot. A mousse like velvet and silk, plus a fine, nuanced palate fruit, lots of tension between juice and a balanced acidity, and a perfectly fitted sweetness. Superb length for a "simple" vintage Riesling Sekt that's close to perfection.
