The rosé «Rosé de Noir« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Shelter Winery has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Pale pink in colour. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, raspberry, cassis, strawberry and fresh mint. On the palate, vinified to complete dryness with notes of violets and tomato leaf, precise acidity, fine tannins, and a long finish. A rosé for grown ups.
