Already hints at its ambitions on the nose: Beautiful Pinot fruit, cherry, wild raspberry, also some gooseberry. Lean and taut on the palate, emphatically dry and kitsch-free, somewhat rustic. The acidity is taut and carrying, fine savouriness and also tannins, some pepper, an enrichment at the table. A mature Rosé de Noir.
