On the nose, initial aromas of smoke, roasted and yeasty notes, with ripe fruit: pear, Mirabelle plum, yellow apple, also bitter quince. On the palate, it strikes a superb balance between clear composure, a relaxed nature, ripe fruit and a profound minerality. Dense, powerful, long and elegant. Quite big.
