Bright golden yellow with a fine mousse. Very fresh on the nose, citrus fruit with light yeasty notes and bread crust and a hint of jasmine flowers. Very dry and juicy on the palate with a very lively acidity. After a fine mouth-filling mousse, a creamy sensation remains, light lemon zest with almonds and toasted white bread.
