Tasting Notes
Comparatively deep colour. Notes of Mirabelle plum, apricot, a little kiwi and gooseberry on the nose. On the palate, the wine is powerful, sturdy, full-bodied, with concentrated but mature acidity, pleasantly restrained sweetness and a serious, muscular style. Spicy finish.
More about the tastingDeep lemon yellow in the glass. Fragrant nose, elderflower, candied lemon, juicy, sun kissed apricot, honeydew melon, ripe red apple. Juicy fruit on the palate, a lively acidity structure, fine fresh lemon, fine spiciness, beautiful smoothness, light and pleasantly tart finish. A beautiful interpretation of the PiWi Sauvignac variety.
