Tasting from 06.10.2023: Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni

The aroma is nuanced and delicate: some hay and hazelnut, subtle yeast, some flint in the background. On the palate, the wine has a fine interplay of fruit and acidity, the mousse is fine but also fresh, the wine remains fresh and compact right into the finish. Very clear in its aromas with a finish rounded off by ripe fruitiness.
