Elderberry and elderberry pulp in the dark fruity nose, which is enriched by aromas of blackberry, ripe plum, wet forest floor and roasted coffee beans. Powerfully built and SAVOURY Bacat with accessible tannins, a slight BITTER note, vivid acidity, somewhat TART on the finish. Goes well with grilled meat and display dishes.
