The sparkling wine Pinot Blanc brut, vintage 2017 from the winery Strauch Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Aromas of apricot, elderberry, and hazelnut, with a hint of brioche, develop on the nose. It has a fine mousse on the palate, with a lively acidity, and citrus and bright fruit. It is a refreshing and vivid Pinot with a medium structure, and it is great fun.
