The sparkling wine Riesling brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Strauch Sektmanufaktur has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
On the nose it reveals bright fruit aromas, with peach blossom, mandarin and lime. There is a fine mousse on the palate, followed by a lively acidity and fresh citrus aromas. It has a medium structure, and it is invigorating and vivid, ideal as an aperitif.
