Tasting Notes
Transparent color. Complex ripe bouquet: fig, some Marsala, iron, cassata, herbal notes. Smooth on the palate, restrained tannins, then slowly increasing. Strong acidity and clearly tactile mineral components. Serve slightly chilled with grilled fish. Or forget it in the cellar for a few more years.
