The white wine Didyme Malvasia Salina IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Tasca d’Almerita has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Malvasia from the region Sicily in Italy.
Clear and bright straw-yellow. On the nose a delicate fragrance of pink peach, blood orange and dried lemon zest, with the faintest hints of resinous notes. Very fresh and crystalline palate, slightly salty, medium-weight, crisp fruit travels from front to back, salty finish.
