Pale silver with a straw-yellow shimmer. The nose initially has a mineral undertone, flint, a subtle yeasty note, then saffron and dried citrus fruit, reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts on the finish. On the palate with a vivid saffron note and citrus, opens up with racy acidity, youthful sweetness, prancing, minimal aftertaste on the finish.
