Bright straw yellow with a delicate copper tinge and persistent mousse. Delicate pineapple and wet stone on the nose, with subtle smoky tones and ripe stone fruit on the finish. Bone-dry on the palate, with well-integrated mousse and a delicately bitter undertone, remains clean on the finish.
