Bright straw yellow. On the nose, hints of lactic notes somewhat reminiscent of pear yoghurt, with subtle aromas of savoury herbs underneath. On the palate, elegant, with some notes of hazelnut, a rich texture, mineral hints, persistent, with a creamy finish.
