The red wine Barolo Riserva DOCG Cannubi Collezione Rag. Franco Miroglio, vintage 2017 from the winery Tenuta Carretta has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Rich ruby red with glints of garnet. On the nose, slightly reserved at first, then notes of ripe sour cherries and red currants, some savoury notes and a touch of forest floor. On the palate, mouth-filling, with powerful tannins, a bit staccato on the finish, still needs time.
