The red wine Cannubi Barolo DOCG, vintage 2010 from the winery Tenuta Carretta has been rated in 2014 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Luminous, bright garnet red colour. Opens with slightly smoky, mineral notes, then shows lots of accessible, ripe fruit, some roses and peach. Clear on the palate, vivid, sweet fruit, builds up with plenty of fine, dense tannins and a beautiful textured finish.
