The red wine La Massa IGT, vintage 2014 from the winery Tenuta La Massa has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Bright, intense ruby. Finely drawn nose, opens with notes of cherries and redcurrants, with a slight hint of graphite in the background. Grippy tannin on the palate, builds up well at the front, initially spicy notes at the back, but then also a little green, medium length.
