Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Rich ruby in colour. Opens with notes of sour cherry, red currant, thistle and a touch of flint, with light leather in the aftertaste. On the palate, good fruit expression of dark berries and racy acidity. The wine is very precise and elegant, with fine tannins and a pleasantly quiet finish.
