Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red with a subtly shimmering core. Strongly spicy on the nose, toasted, a hint of wet wood, malty finish. Multi-layered and compact on the palate, but becomes more expansive at the back and remains drying, appears very mature.
