Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. On the nose, a subtle herbal savouriness, a touch of balsamic, hints of cherry confit, with peppery undertones and mineral nuances. Rich on the palate, with an elegant texture, delicate flavours of cocoa and ripe dark berries, freshly structured, hints of red berries on the finish. A lively, stimulating and very versatile food wine.
