The shape of the bottle with its round "base" is unusual. The cuvée of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada from vines over 50 years old owes its charm, inimitable finesse, multi-faceted fragrance and delicate mousse above all to the infinite care and years of ageing. A cava that effortlessly ranks among the world's greatest sparkling wines, yet remains Spanish through and through.
