Tasting from 16.04.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Bright gold, orange reflections. Intense, ripe aromas of caramel, brioche and toasted almonds with a hint of meadow herbs. Intense and rich on the palate, with a cool minerality and a firm acidic backbone, delicate, hearty tannins and a wonderfully noticeable note of yeast maturation. Full of finesse, reaches top form with air, a very persistent finish and definite ageing potential.
