Light golden yellow. Very delicate nose with hints of lime zest, pear and nettle, with a touch of brioche. A fine mousse and individualistic, dense texture is backed by fine minerality and juicy acidity. Aftertaste of salted hazelnuts and herbal savouriness. Very elegant with long finish. An independent, austere style.
