Tasting from 17.02.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Initially reductive, needs a lot of air. Toasty wood, still closed fruit. On the palate with homogeneous pressure build-up, fleshy tannin with a hint of (positive) green tones, well-integrated acidity and structurally good length. Classic structure, unaffected and stylistically mature - but should be forgotten in the cellar for another five years or more.
