Tasting from 14.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in colour. On the nose, pronounced roasted notes, cocoa, coconut, some cigar box, and dark fruit: plum, and a little cherry. The palate is dense, but elegantly structured, with ripe acidity, fine tannins and a persistent finish redolent of dark berry fruit and nuances of oak.
