Tasting from 25.02.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Beautiful sour cherry fruit on the nose. Also notes of plum and dark forest berries as well as smoky, savoury hints and a touch of caramel. Elegant on the palate, with beautiful ripe acidity, aromas of dark berries and pithy cherry nuances. Ripe, slightly noticeable tannins, long finish with a beautiful texture.
