Rich, very intense ruby; densely woven nose, initially shows slightly earthy notes, then intense after sour cherries and pickled cherries, inviting; shows a lot of densely woven tannin on the palate, unfolds richly and extremely smoothly, sweet core, firm pressure in the finish, after tobacco.
