The red wine Barolo DOCG Lazzarito, vintage 2021 from the winery Vietti has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Powerful, bright ruby colour with a fine garnet sheen. Opens with notes of rose petals and wild raspberries, with some fresh leather in the background. Compact at the front, clear fruit, then opens up with powerful tannins, unfortunately somewhat drying on the finish, with a cranberry aftertaste.
