Intense straw yellow, sparkling. Initially slightly resinous notes on the nose, then dried pear pieces, honey, chestnuts and a hint of hay. Present acidity on the palate, racy, fresh, with a strong citrus fruit aroma, drinks well! Best aerated in a decanter before drinking.
