Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, a deeply coloured core, soft brightening on the rim. Fine oak nuances, with an ethereal touch, hints of cassis and liquorice, blackberry confit, hints of savoury notes, a multi-faceted bouquet, still very young overall. Juicy, sweet wild strawberries, taut texture, sweet plums, very fruity in the aftertaste, subtle wood on the finish, definitely needs more time to mature.
