The blanc de noirs »Blanc de Noirs« Pinot Meunier trocken, vintage 2014 from the winery Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller has been rated in 2016 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The ageing in wooden barrels provides a spicy character, which fortunately is not lacking in tart fruit, some red apple and raspberry. This also comes together harmoniously on the palate and ends in a creamy finish.
