Tasting Notes
Mint, raspberry, a fine, clear Burgundy type fruit. Juicy, elegant structure, medium-bodied, rather soft acidity typical of the vintage, yet juicy, delicate flow, a nuanced varietal type, very classic in appearance, unaffected, good length with pronounced fruit on the finish.
More about the tastingThe nose is fragrant and fresh. Some smoke and nettle give the blackcurrant aroma something seductive. Full maturity on the palate, plump fruit and soft tannins. However, fresh acidity provides the necessary, perfectly judged counterbalance.
