Salmon pink with orange hues. On the nose, a berry fragrance with subtle tertiary undertones, some honey. Lightweight on the palate, but also very finely woven, refreshing acidity, fresh, sophisticated mousse with a delicate mineral edge. A very stylish aperitif.
