Tasting Notes
Ripe yellow fruit in the strongly developed nose, apricot, also dried apricot, Nashi pear, tart, some aniseed and fennel seed, roasted aromas, rapeseed. Flows smoothly and maturely on the palate with juice, texture and composure. Good substance, ripe acidity, savoury and mineral. A good weight, strong tannins, good length, some green walnut on the finish.
