The crémant Blanc de Noirs Privé Crémant brut nature, vintage 2017 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Wilhelmshof has been rated in 2025 by Romana Echensperger with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Finely sparkling, light yellow in colour with copper reflections. On the nose, aromas of candied fruit, fig, fresh brioche, salted butter and quince jelly. The palate is harmonious and densely woven with a creamy mousse. The intense yeast notes are balanced by fine fruit, fresh acidity and a well-judged dosage. It is a multi-layered Crémant with impressive depth.
