Deep herbal nose, then white berries, lime zest, cool impression. Delicate mousse on the palate, soft elegant acidity with plenty of juice and traction, positively playful and animating echo.

On the palate, the wine has a very silky mousse, flows delicately and yet full and round, enlivened by a very fine acidity and rounded off with a restrained, appropriate dosage. A very elaborate, cultivated sparkling wine.
