Straw-coloured. A scent of yeast and beeswax, with sweet berries in the background and a hint of balsamic, tertiary notes. In the mouth, the wine is tightly built, powerful, with pithy acidity and fresh mousse, it finishes intensely floral and also slightly phenolic.
