Making wine is one thing. How to produce wine is another. At the Roth-Ochocki family's Wilhelmshof, sustainability is the top priority and is far more than just a trendy buzzword. "The idea of sustainability with its three pillars of ecology, economy and social responsibility characterises our actions from viticulture to marketing," emphasises the winery. The wines leave no doubt that they are made according to this premise. They are woven from a single mould and impress with their natural aura. It's great that the Kabinett label is upheld!
