Tasting Notes
Bright light yellow in colour with a fine mousse. The Crémant needs some time in the glass to develop. Then it delights with subtle aromas of yeast and fruit: yellow fruits, lemon balm, salted almonds, brioche, crêpe suzette and crème fraiche. The palate is medium-bodied, perfectly balanced with pronounced yeast notes and an impressively long finish. A multi-layered, first-class Crémant.
