Golden yellow colour with still greenish reflections. Yeasty and ripe yellow fruits aroma, with aeration opens up with notes of liquorice, herbal savouriness, pastis. Very noble, fine mousse, already somewhat losing its intensity, dense mid-palate with still powerful fruitiness, seamlessly integrated acidity, caramelized flavors in the echo, mineral background. Subtly matured.
